Webshop tickets can be cancelled on request prior to first use, after which the refund conditions apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Please submit cancellation requests by email to help@myzillertal.at, refunds will always be made to the originally selected payment method. If your ticket was paid for using a voucher, you will receive a voucher from Zillertal Booking GmbH, which you can redeem in our webshop.
